The Following are The Terms and Conditions of Participating in the FindItQuick.com, Inc. Affiliate Program
Herein, “Affiliate” refers to yourself, and Findit-Quick.com, Inc refers to us.
Findit-Quick.com, Inc reserves the right to modify this agreement as needed. FindItQuick.com recommends they you periodically refer to the terms and conditions of service, so that you are aware of any changes or amendments.
APPLICATION AND APPROVAL
All Affiliate applications are subject to approval by Findit-Quick.com,
Inc. Upon completed review
of an application, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the
application
process,
stating either approval or denial of the application. All Affiliates will undergo a 30 day
trial period, and may be terminated if traffic is not what is deemed to be at
quality levels.
SPAM
Affiliate agrees not to utilize SPAM in promoting Findit-Quick.com, Inc. This action may result in the immediate suspension, up to and including termination of your account. The Affiliate will also be in violation of the Terms and Conditions of services, and may be subject to legal action as well as be held liable for financial losses incurred byFindit-Quick.com, Inc. Additionally, any service interruptions as a result of your spamming will be billed to you at a rate of $200.00 per hour until service is restored.
What is SPAM? Spam is the e-mailing of anyone, in bulk or by single e-mailing, about Findit-Quick.com, Inc, who has not specifically requested the information directly from you. This includes ANY type of advertisement about Findit-Quick.com, Inc posted to a Newsgroup or Chat Room, as we consider this to be SPAM. Violators will be fined at a rate of $50 per incident.
Findit-Quick.com, Inc does not necessarily agree with the harsh interpretation of what constitutes SPAM. The internet is still in its infancy. As it matures, and e-commerce expands, the SPAM issue will likely change drastically, or perhaps fade away completely. Until then, we must abide by the current internet rules and regulations in order to protect the image of Findit-Quick.com, Inc, and the incomes of our Affiliates. FinditQuick.com affiliates that abide by these regulations should have nothing to worry about.

PAYMENTS AND COMMISSIONS
Affiliate will earn up to 50% revenue share of the current bid price, paid to us by our advertisers, for any valid clicks that occur through any of our Affiliate program options, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. Commissions shall be paid via PayPal, company check, or wire transfer. Beneficiary of account or name on the check must match the stated name on the tax form. No payment will be processed without a valid tax form on file. Please note that it is the sole responsibility of the Affiliate to be sure that their account representative is aware of the preferred method of and necessary information to complete the transaction. Payments will be processed on Net 45 terms, with a minimum of $25.00 unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties and stated in a current Distribution Agreement. Findit-Quick.com, Inc reserves the right to modify the payment schedule and payout rates, without notice, as long as changes are posted on the Findit-Quick.com, Inc website. Although our Affiliate program is not limited to the United States of America, all payments will be processed in US dollars. Affiliates are not employees of Findit-Quick.com, Inc, and are therefore responsible for their own local, state, or country taxes.
FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY
We have developed the most highly advanced anti-fraud software to date. If you join the Findit-Quick.com, Inc Affiliate program with intent to fraudulently generate clicks, our system will catch it and notify us.
We are verifying all visits to Findit-Quick.com, Inc by tracking IP addresses and cookies, which result in only allowing one click per day from each IP/cookie combination. Any attempt to deceive our system, up to and including modifying cookies or browser headers, auto-spawning of browsers, automatic re-directing of users or any other means of automated click-through is strictly prohibited, and will result in termination of service, forfeiture of any revenue, and may include legal action.
Accounts are limited to one account per Affiliate, unless otherwise agreed upon by Findit-Quick.com, Inc. If we find that and Affiliate is creating multiple accounts, doing so by using different names, e-mail addresses or websites, such accounts will be terminated and all unpaid revenue will be lost.
Findit-Quick.com, Inc reserves the right to cancel member status at any time. Affiliate agrees to settle any case dispute under this agreement via binding arbitration in Buffalo, New York, USA
OTHER
Both the Affiliate and FinditQuick.com reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time. Upon cancellation, any commissions due shall be paid in the next payment, so long as the terms of this agreement were not violated.Disclaimer: Findit-Quick.com, Inc will make every reasonable effort to track and pay any commissions for all sales that apply to Affiliate. Findit-Quick.com, Inc is not responsible for technical problems, acts that occur by third parties, or other events outside reasonable control which may temporarily disrupt or diminish this service.
Privacy: To protect Findit-Quick.com, Inc customer privacy, we reserve the right to withhold identifying customer names and information to you.
Independent Contractor: The relationship between Findit-Quick.com, Inc and Affiliate is established by this agreement and is that of an independent contractor. Term “Affiliate” shall not be interpreted as a legal partner or affiliate, simply as an independent contractor for Findit-Quick, under this agreement. Findit-Quick.com, Inc and Affiliate shall each conduct its respective business, responsibility and expense, and shall have no authority to incur any obligations on behalf of the other, except as provided herein.
Limitation of Damages: Findit-Quick.com, Inc shall not be held liable for and indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or any loss of profits arising under or with respect to this agreement or program, even if Findit-Quick.com, Inc has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Findit-Quick.com, Inc aggregate liability arising under or with respect to this agreement or program shall in no event exceed the total commissions paid or payable by Findit-Quick.com, Inc under this agreement.
Warranty Disclaimer: Findit-Quick.com, Inc makes no warranties expressed or implied with regard to the Affiliate except as outlined in this agreement.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States of America.
